Pause and ask yourself: What do I need in this moment to feel nourished, grounded, or more at ease?
Set boundaries: Whether it’s a structured work schedule or time off for creative play, boundaries help protect your energy.
Communicate your needs: No one can meet your needs if you don’t voice them—whether that’s with your team, partner, or yourself.
Infuse joy into your business: Prioritizing creativity and play isn’t frivolous—it’s a powerful tool for leadership and innovation.
